AndalusGames ("we", "us", or "our") operates mobile games published under the AndalusGames brand. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you use our games on Android, iOS, or other platforms, and when you visit andalusgames.com.

1. Information we collect

Depending on the game and features you use, we and our third-party partners may collect:

• Device information — device manufacturer and model, hardware specifications, operating system version, unique device identifiers, network type and carrier, battery state, language, time zone, and country.
• Advertising identifiers — such as Google Advertising ID (GAID) or Apple Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA), where permitted by your device settings.
• Gameplay data — scores, progress, session length, in-app events, and crash reports to improve stability.
• Technical logs — IP address, approximate location derived from it (country, region, city, and internet provider), app version, and diagnostic data collected automatically for analytics and fraud prevention.
• Support communications — information you send when contacting us at info@andalusgames.com.

We do not knowingly collect personal information that directly identifies a child under 13. Our games are not directed at children under 13.

2. How we use information

We use collected information to:

• Provide, operate, and improve our games and services.
• Display advertisements and measure ad performance.
• Analyze usage trends and fix bugs or crashes.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
• Respond to support requests and user inquiries.

3. Third-party services

Our games may integrate third-party SDKs that collect data under their own privacy policies, including but not limited to:

• Google AdMob — Google Privacy Policy
• AppLovin MAX — AppLovin Privacy Policy
• Unity Analytics / Ads — Unity Privacy Policy
• Apple App Store / Google Play — platform services governed by their respective policies.

AndalusGames first-party analytics. Our games also send gameplay analytics directly to AndalusGames servers so we can measure retention, stability, and revenue. This includes a random identifier created when the game is first opened (it is not an advertising identifier and is not linked to your name, email, or accounts); device details such as manufacturer, model, device type, operating system and API level, processor, memory, graphics hardware, screen size, resolution and refresh rate, available storage, and the app store that installed the game; network type (Wi-Fi or mobile), mobile carrier name and SIM country, battery level and charging state; device language, region, and time zone; app and SDK version; session start, end and play time; level progress; crash and error reports; ad impressions and estimated ad revenue; and in-app purchase records (product, price, currency, and store transaction ID).

IP address and approximate location. When the game sends analytics, our servers receive your device's IP address. We store the first and most recent IP address with the per-install analytics record and use it to derive an approximate location (country, region, and city) and internet provider using the DB-IP Lite database (licensed under CC BY 4.0), processed on our own servers. We do not collect precise GPS location. IP addresses are used for analytics, fraud and abuse prevention, and are visible only to authorized AndalusGames staff. We do not sell this data or use it to track you across other companies' apps or websites.

We encourage you to review the privacy settings on your device, including options to limit ad tracking and reset advertising identifiers.

4. Legal basis (EEA / UK users)

Where applicable, we process personal data based on: (a) your consent (e.g. personalized ads where required); (b) legitimate interests in operating and improving our games; and (c) compliance with legal obligations.

5. Data retention

We retain information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law. Individual first-party analytics events and session records are deleted after 60 days; after that we keep only aggregated statistics and per-install summaries, which include the device details, first and most recent IP address, and approximate location described above. Analytics and advertising partners may retain data according to their own schedules. To request deletion of analytics data for your device, contact us with the game name and approximate install date.

6. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access, correct, or delete your personal data.
• Object to or restrict certain processing.
• Withdraw consent where processing is consent-based.
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (where applicable under CCPA/CPRA).
• Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

7. International transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. We take appropriate safeguards where required by applicable data protection laws.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect changes. Continued use of our games after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
